£60,000 to £65,000 + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Benefits
Bromsgrove, Worcestershire (Commutable from: Birmingham, Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Cheltenham)

Are you an R&D Manager, with experience within a production environment, looking to join a leading equipment / technology manufacturer, where you be fully involved in product life cycle and get to shape your own teams?

The company are a leading developer of engineering systems / technology for use across the water & environmental industries. Going from strength to strength they are looking for an R&D Product / Production Manager in a new position to drive innovation and growth for the departments.

In this role you will oversee both the R&D and production teams, managing the development of new products from concept / research through to final production & assembly. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of mechanical / electrical and software skills.

The role would suit a product / R&D manager, with exposure to the production environment, who is looking for a new role where they can have a real impact for this innovative company.
