Regional Sales Manager - Oil and Gas

Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking to step up into a Regional Manager role and make your mark on in a growing company offering great bonuses and benefits with progression to Director-level positions?
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the sales for a high-growth region of a national company where you will be critical to the continuing success of the business.
The company are a leading Oil and Gas automation specialist with sites across the US, known for being employee-owned and offering great benefits and employee ownership options. They are looking for a seasoned Sales leader to direct their expert sales team.
On offer is the chance to take ownership of the Permian Basin region, manage and grow local sales teams, and drive revenue through strategic account development and regional leadership.
This would suit a skilled Sales Manager looking to step up into a key role in a national company offering progression, bonuses, great benefits and an employee stock ownership plan.
The Role:
- Own and grow regional revenue across West Texas and New Mexico
- Provide senior-level account management for key customers
- Travel within the region for customer meetings as required
The Candidate:
- Proven track record in the Midland/Odessa oil & gas market
- Extensive existing customer network in the Permian Basin
- People management and team leadership experience
