Sales Administrator 12 Month Contract (Temp)
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid after training)
Pay: Equivalent to £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Start Date: December / January
A great opportunity for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a major engineering organisation on a long-term contract. Perfect for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working with customers, processing orders, and supporting a busy commercial team. SAP experience is highly beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
The Role
- Process customer orders, quotations and sales documentation
- Update CRM/ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
- Manage inbound enquiries and provide customer support
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and account managers
The Person
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer support
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential)
- SAP experience is beneficial but full training is available
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Able to commute to Nottingham (hybrid after induction)
