$70,000 - $75,000 + $12,000 - $15,000 Commission + 401(k) + ESOP + Vehicle or Allowance

What You'll Do
- Develop and expand relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, and contractors.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Sell service agreements, maintenance contracts, and equipment replacement solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct site visits, client presentations, and proposals in collaboration with operations and estimating teams.
- Manage your sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development mindset with proven ability to hit and exceed targets.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Must be looking for career longevity (No job hoppers)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central Virginia.
