In this role you will be based on sites across Suffolk on project values between £1mil - £15mil. You will be number one on site reporting into the Contracts Manager and be responsible for overall running and delivery of projects. You will be responsible for monitoring site activities, lead daily site briefings, attend client meetings, assist in tendering of works, oversee H&S and manage change on site in line with project contracts.
This role is suited to a Site Agent from a construction background with strong communication and organisational skills who is able to effectively lead and manage on site teams. Driving relationships is an important factor in this role so you will need to be personable, reliable and concise to be successful.
