Service Manager (Mechanical / Combustion / HVAC)
$115,000-$135,000 + Bonus + Medical + 401(k) + Vehicle + Progression

Are you a Service Engineer or Lead from a combustion, boiler, or industrial / HVAC background looking to progress into a high-impact leadership role, where you will take full ownership of operations within a long-established and highly respected business?

This company are incredibly stable and looking for a Service Manager to support their service team and operations after continued success.

The Role:
- Lead and manage a team of 9 service technicians (primarily union boiler techs)
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, job tracking, and customer management
- Support technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance (combustion / boilers)
- Drive business growth through customer relationships and service expansion
The Person:
- Background in service engineering, HVAC, boilers, combustion, or industrial mechanical systems
- Strong technical understanding of heating systems
- Leadership ability or desire to lead and develop a team
