Service Operations Manager
$140,000 - $150,000 + Performance Bonus + ESOP + 401 (k) + PTO + Full Management Training + Progression to Director Level

Are you an experienced HVAC / Boiler Service Engineer or Supervisor looking to step up into a senior management role with a direct route of progression to COO?

The Role:
- Lead and mentor a growing team across Service, Aftermarket, and Parts operations

The Candidate:
- Experienced in field service or maintenance operations (HVAC, boiler, mechanical, or industrial background preferred)
- Strong leadership or supervisory experience, able to develop and motivate a team
