Site Manager

$60,000 - $70,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits
An excellent opportunity for a Site Manager or Construction Supervisor with experience in site preparation and grading to join a growing company within a booming sector.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of the site evaluation and preparation phase of manufactured home installations, playing a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial assessment through to ready-for-install.
You will work in a hands-on, field-based role coordinating subcontractors, operating equipment where required and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
The Role
- Conduct detailed site evaluations including access routes, grading requirements, utilities and overall project feasibility
- Manage and coordinate site preparation works including grading, foundation preparation, well and septic installation and site clearing
- Ensure projects move efficiently through the site prep phase to support installation schedules
- Manage DOT permits and compliance requirements related to manufactured home transport
- Support ongoing turnkey installations and operate equipment such as skid steers when required
The Person
- Experience within manufactured housing, site preparation, grading or a similar construction environment
- Comfortable operating skid steers and working on active job sites
- Strong understanding of site conditions, grading requirements and coordinating utilities and subcontractors
- Organized and reliable with the ability to manage multiple projects and document work clearly
