Commercial Construction Superintendent
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000+ (DOE) + 15 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the Charlotte or Raleigh office where you will have the exciting opportunity to provide input on a variety of big commercial construction projects as well as to join a company as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a key member of the construction team, working on multiple Commercial Projects worth between $10-$500 million. Your responsibilities will include leading the onsite team and manage foremen, monitoring job progress and carry out hands-on duties.

The Person:
- Experience in a Superintendent or Lead Foreman role.
- Experience with Commercial Construction and Drywall.
- Valid Driving License.
