Superintendent
Salary: $110,000- $130,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Accommodation Covered + 401(k) + Medical Benefits + PTO + Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Card
West Texas, 1 weekend home per month, Accommodation Covered

This company has a great reputation across Texas as being a leading specialist in offering construction management services for their clients which includes government agencies and school districts. Due to the genuine value placed on employees within this company, it boasts a significant number of long-standing team members.
You will be a key member in the construction team for their West Texas operations. You will be in West Texas full time, with accommodation being covered and a weekend per month to return home. Your responsibilities will include overseeing assigned projects and site management, quality control by conducting inspections, and monitoring RFIs, submittals and creating schedules.

The role:
- Full time in West Texas with a weekend at home per month.
- Overseeing assigned projects and site management.
- Quality control by conducting inspections.
- Monitoring RFIs, submittals and creating schedules.
The Person:
- Happy to travel and be full time in West Texas.
- Previous experience as a superintendent.
- Previous experience in commercial construction projects.
- US Work Authorization.
- A Valid Driving License.
