This well-established FE college is expanding its Electrical Apprenticeship provision and is looking to strengthen its delivery team. With a strong reputation for supporting staff development, the college provides modern workshop facilities, funded teaching and assessor qualifications, and clear long-term progression opportunities alongside a generous benefits package.
In this role you will manage a caseload of electrical apprentices, supporting them through their apprenticeship journey with vocational training, portfolio assessments, and coaching to help them successfully reach Gateway and End Point Assessment. You will work closely with progress reviewers, employer partners, and the central apprenticeship team to ensure apprentices receive high-quality support and achieve their qualifications on time.

The Role:
*Full training and teaching/assessor qualification support provided
*Managing a caseload of electrical apprentices
*Delivering vocational training and workshop assessments
*Supporting apprentices with portfolio evidence and off-the-job training
*Working closely with employers and apprenticeship support teams
*Monitoring apprentice progress and preparing learners for EPA
*Supporting internal quality assurance and maintaining accurate records
*Using e-portfolio systems and digital platforms to track progress
The Person:
*Industry experience within electrical installation
*Level 3 Electrical qualification and 18th Edition
*Level 2 English and Maths
*Assessor qualification (A1/CAVA) or willingness to achieve
*Teaching qualification desirable but not essential
*Organised, professional, and learner-focused
*Strong communication and IT skills
