Territory Sales Manager (Hybrid)
Colorado Springs, CO
Travel throughout your assigned territory (Southwest, Central, Southeast or Northeast).
$80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (1st year earnings ~$120,000 - $150,000)

You'll manage your own regional territory, developing new business while nurturing existing accounts across a wide range of customers - from independent businesses to major national clients.
You'll have access to a database of over 130,000 leads, giving you a huge foundation to grow from. You'll be trusted to manage your own schedule, travel as needed, and take full responsibility for your region's success, supported by internal teams in procurement and operations.
This is a position where success is actually rewarded. First years' earnings should see you comfortably earning over $120,000, with top performers consistently exceeding $200,000. This is a rare chance to take full ownership of your patch and be directly rewarded for your results.
The Role:
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts within your assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build long-term relationships with customers across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

- Background in technical or high-value product sales.
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
