Electrical Trainer (Contract)
Location: Slough
Pay Rate: £40 to £50 per hour

This contract role focuses on classroom-based delivery and assessment for electrical apprentices. You will support learners through their qualifications and prepare them for gateway and End Point Assessment, working closely with curriculum and employer teams.

The Role
* Deliver structured electrical training aligned to apprenticeship standards
* Plan and deliver engaging classroom-based lessons
* Assess learner work and provide clear, constructive feedback
* Prepare apprentices for gateway and End Point Assessment
* Conduct learner progress reviews and support achievement
* Maintain accurate learner records and off-the-job training evidence
* Liaise with employers, curriculum teams, and EPA organisations
* Support learners with additional needs alongside support teams
The Person
* Electrical qualification at Level 2 or above, including NVQ Level 2 candidates
* Teaching qualification such as AET, CET, or willingness to work towards
* Experience delivering electrical training or supporting apprentices
* Good understanding of apprenticeship standards and EPA processes
* Confident communicator with strong classroom management skills
