Electrical Installation Lecturer (Contract)
Location: Wiltshire, Salisbury
Pay Rate: £40 to £50 per hour | Thursdays and Fridays teaching, Wednesdays marking assessments

Our client is a well regarded education and training provider with a strong reputation for delivering high quality technical programmes. They work closely with employers and apprentices to ensure learners gain relevant, real-world skills.

This contract opportunity sits within a supportive electrical department delivering Electrical Installation courses to further education learners. The timetable is clearly defined, with teaching delivery on Thursdays and Fridays and assessment marking allocated on Wednesdays.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging practical and theory sessions, completing assessment marking mid-week and supporting learner progress throughout the programme. This is an excellent option for an experienced electrician or lecturer seeking structured, part-time contract work.

The Role
* Deliver Electrical Installation teaching on Thursdays and Fridays
* Mark learner assessments and coursework on Wednesdays
* Plan and prepare lessons aligned to awarding body requirements
* Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain workshop safety and compliance standards
* Support learners to achieve qualifications and progression outcomes

The Person
* Qualified in Electrical Installation at Level 3 or above
* Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
* Industry experience within electrical installation
* Confident communicator with a learner-focused approach
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
