This company are at the forefront of their sector and enjoy a brilliant reputation globally for the quality of their products. They're embarking on a business change and transformation program to change most aspects of their systems, processes, and operations, hence the need for this position.

In this role you will lead a global team of 35, with 4 directly reporting into you. You'll look at standardising processes across the globe to ensure a consistent experience for all employees when using any/all IT Services. You'll liaise with Senior Stakeholders as well as upskilling and gaining buy-in from 1st Line through to Architecture. You'll be based in the office 3 days a week, and remote based twice a week.

The ideal candidate will be a good people manager, have strong communication skills, and be ready to inspire change in a global team. Candidates must have strong IT Operations understanding - whilst this isn't a "hands-on" role you'll be laying the foundations for, and deciding the direction of, IT in general across at least 3 continents.
