This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment where development is taken seriously. You'll work closely with experienced technical teams who will mentor you as you build a strong understanding of how pharmaceutical products are manufactured, documented, validated, and improved.
In this role, you'll gain exposure across technical services and manufacturing support, learning how oral solid dosage processes are developed, validated, and continuously improved. You'll support manufacturing through technical writing, validation documentation, batch records, and SOP development while gaining valuable hands-on experience with pharmaceutical equipment and processes.
The Role:
- Learn pharmaceutical manufacturing processes for oral solid dosage products
- Support documentation including batch records, validation reports, and SOPs
- Gain exposure to manufacturing equipment and process troubleshooting
- Assist with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
The Person:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Motivated to learn and develop within pharmaceutical manufacturing
