Looking for a role where your sourcing decisions directly support production and supply?
This is a hands-on procurement position within a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. You'll work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to source critical materials, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the supply chain runs smoothly.
You will take responsibility for purchasing strategy, supplier negotiations, and procurement planning across pharmaceutical materials and components. This role offers strong visibility within the business and the chance to step into a lead-level position while remaining hands-on.

The Role:
- Manage sourcing and purchasing of pharmaceutical materials and components
- Build and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
- Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure supply continuity
- Support procurement planning and cost control
The Person:
- Procurement or sourcing experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience working with suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Familiar with GMP-regulated environments
- Motivated to take ownership within a growing manufacturing operation
