Plant Manager / Director - Extrusion
Petersburg, Virginia (Commutable from: Richmond, Disputanta, Newville, Templeton, Chester, Waverly, Mechanicsville, Prince George)
$240,000 - $300,000 All In + 401k + Excellent Benefits Package
Are you a Plant Manager or Director with extrusion expertise, looking to shape a market-leading business and develop the current Plant Manager?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on a growing organization, where you will have full autonomy to utilize your extrusion expertise to ensure correct production across two local plants.
This is a great time to join this company, who are the fastest growing manufacturing company in Virginia. They have a genuine emphasis on taking care of their employees, and are seeking a Plant Manager or Director to play a pivotal role in their continued success.
In this role you will be the go to person for everything extrusion related across two plants. You will spend a lot of time in the office, conducting meetings and ensuring the business is moving in the right direction. You will also spend some time on the floor, observing current extrusion operations and driving improvements. There will be a small element of being on call in this role.
This role would suit a Plant Manager or Director with extrusion expertise, looking to play a key part in shaping a rapidly expanding organization, offering the opportunity to develop and mold a highly skilled plant manager.
The Role:
* Oversee the extrusion processes across two plants, whilst suggesting improvements to take the company to next level
* Conduct meetings and ensure the business is moving in the right direction
* Develop and supervise the plant manager, and indirectly supervise around 100 people across the two plants
The Person:
* Plant Manager or Director with a strong background in extrusion
* Metal extrusion background
* Looking to play a pivotal role and spearhead a growing organizations continued success
