£44,000 - £48,000 + Monday - Friday + Days + Progression + Benefits
Bristol (Commutable from: Avon, Somerset, Bath, Keynsham, Gloucester, Weston-Super-Mare, Clevedon, Radstock, Chepstow, Newport and surrounding)

The company are a leading manufacturer of Automation supplying to a range of Industrial sites throughout the UK. This role is due to existing growth plans.
This is a Monday - Friday flexi working supporting the production team. You will be putting your own stamp on a specialist team whilst driving efficiencies and ensuring KPIs are hit accordingly. You will also support the continuous modernisation and improvements of a well-invested manufacturing facility.
This role suits a Production Supervisor or Manager from an Electrical, Automation or Control systems background looking for a secure role offering further training and progression opportunities.
The Role
- Leading, managing and developing your own team.
- Ensuring that production KPIs / targets are met, whilst continually improving production line.
- Monday - Friday days (8am - 4pm).
The Person
- Supervisor, Manufacturing background.
- Electrical, Automation experience.
- Commutable to Bristol.
