Are you an Purchasing Manager or Supply Chain Leader looking to take full control of procurement operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
This is a key leadership position where you'll manage a team of 8 across purchasing, planning, and scheduling. You'll play a vital role in aligning supplier capabilities with production needs, while ensuring your team meets performance targets and supports the wider business goals.
You'll work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on materials, forecasting, and supplier priorities. With full ownership of vendor relationships and procurement systems, you'll also lead improvements in data accuracy, inventory management, and purchasing KPIs.
This opportunity is ideal for a Purchasing Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being hands-on with processes that directly impact output and delivery.
The Role
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Lead procurement, planning, and scheduling operations for production and service.
- Improve inventory control, vendor performance, and purchasing accuracy.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to reduce costs and increase fulfillment speed.
The Candidate
- Experienced Purchasing or Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in procurement strategy, supplier negotiation, and inventory planning.
- Confident with ERP/MRP systems and cross-functional collaboration.
