Senior Estimator
Wrexham
£50,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Pension + Early Finish Fridays

Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging an enthusiastic environment whilst delivering a high level of service to their clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a driven and hard working individual to join the team.
In this role you will be based in their Wrexham office playing a crucial part in a number of exciting projects which will range in size. Working closely with the team, you will produce estimates, source and purchase the highest quality materials worldwide, negotiating logistics, pricing variations, liaising with the buyer and QS within the team to ensure correct materials are ordered, attend site and tender meetings as well as conducting supplier visits.
The ideal candidate is an Estimator with several years' experience in the construction industry. You will be looking to develop technically within a progressive company who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work. - Acting to a higher degree of day-to-day decision making

-Working with Bills of Quantities and producing take offs

-Relevant estimating experience within the construction/residential industry
